She’ll soothe them by saying she plans to take down the CBC from the inside as she’s said in the past. The Boehner vote will be forgotten since it wasn’t a close vote at all. All will be forgiven the next time she’s needed and she’ll be needed often.

Because they’re dumb enough to think voting for Louis Gohmert for Speaker was a good idea, and they resent Mia Love because she’s smart enough to know how foolish putting the “terror asparagus guy” from Texas in charge would have been.

For that to be true they’d have to remember her record and promises, rather than treating each lapse from political purity as the height of treason. In other words, they’d have to want to get things done.
